Today one customer ask the question what’s the different for both machine for making same bush, like the size : OD100mm * ID25mm*T 150mm, check the product pressure around 25Ton, so both machine can working for this bush.

Making PTFE bush, how to select the machine:

At present making PTFE bush, we provide semi-automatic bush molding machine and automatic bush molding machine

1. For automatic bush molding machine: self feeding the powder to the mould, and self molding, and push the bush out of the machine, then continue working.
2. For semi-automatic molding machine: worker feeding the powder to the mould, then click start, then machine self molding, and push the bush out of the machine, then worker take the bush, and worker feeding powder again for continue
3. Raw material:

automatic bush molding machine only working for free flow powder

Semi-automatic bush molding machine working for free flow powder and non free flow powder

Both can working for filled PTFE powder, for automatic machine need free flow powder, semi-auto, both can working.

4. Remove and Install the mould:

automatic molding machine need about 1 hours

semi-automatic bush molding machine around 20minutes

5. If want to change different powder:

Automatic molding machine need clean big hopper and small hopper, and clean the mould around 1 hours

semi-automatic bush molding machine, no need to change, only clean the mould

6. Production capacity:

Automatic molding machine around 30pcs/ hour

semi-automatic molding machine around 30pcs/hour

7. How many workers need:

For automatic machine, one worker can take in charge for 5 set one time

For semi-automatic PTFE bush molding machine, one worker can take in charge for 3 set machine one time
