Advantage of the PTFE billet skiving machine:
- Use DC motor, Less noise, easy-adjust the speed, and in lower speed the torque is more bigger
- Now chunk way, one end is fixed, another end-use motor control, only use the button for push, then ok
- Use straight mandrel, in lower speed, less waste of the material, and the skived sheet quality better
Use PTFE sheet skiving machine, you can get the PTFE sheet from PTFE billet, PTFE sheet thickness from 0.2mm to 4mm. With less tolerance of both side thickness, can choose gear transmission to change the thickness or use CNC control to change the thickness.
